Returning to wholeness & true essence

After spending the past decade between Romania and India, immersed in yoga, self-inquiry, design, aesthetics and inner exploration, my work gradually evolved into a bridge between embodied awareness and creative expression.

Through intuitive guidance, embodied practices and visual work, I explore the relationship between inner essence and outer form: how we live, how we feel, how we perceive, and how truth shapes the way we create our lives.

Everything shared here, whether through presence, conversation, design, spaces or journeys, comes from the same thread: a devotion to what feels real, coherent and deeply alive.

Thisis a space devoted to returning inward: to truth, embodied presence, discernment and the process of coming back into alignment with oneself.

In the heart of the Self we embody nectar and truth, to return to our essence.

Who thrives in this space

Many who arrive here have spent years adapting, overthinking, carrying emotional complexity or searching outside themselves for answers that could only be felt from within.

This is a space for returning:

to the body,

to discernment,

to emotional truth,

to inner coherence,

and to a way of living that feels more real, nourishing and aligned.

The people who thrive here are looking for depth, presence and meaningful inner transformation that can be lived in the body, not just understood intellectually.

Living Between India & Europe

A decade of inner work, practice & transformation

For the past decade, my life has unfolded between Romania and India, with most of my years spent in Rishikesh, a place that deeply influenced my inner world, my practice and my understanding of what it means to live with awareness.

My relationship with yoga began long before India. I first encountered it in Romania in 2007, and over time it slowly became less of an activity and more of a way of relating to life, the body and perception itself.

Since 2018, I have been studying Iyengar Yoga in Rishikesh at Omkarananda Ganga Sadhan, while also integrating a more intuitive and embodied approach through years of personal exploration, emotional inquiry and lived experience.

In 2019, I completed two yoga teacher trainings: one in Rishikesh, India, and another in Bali at Nalanda Ubud School for Higher Knowledge and Arts.

That same year, I began teaching online and gradually developed my own way of working, bringing together structure and softness, alignment and intuition, discipline and inner listening.

My work today combines embodied awareness practices such as yoga, pranayama, meditation and intuitive guidance, creating spaces that support deeper presence, emotional honesty and inner coherence.

Alongside these practices, music and mantra also became part of my life in India through learning harmonium and devotional chanting, another doorway into presence, rhythm and inner listening.

Returning to Essence

inner & outer Alignment

Over the years, I became increasingly interested in what creates alignment between inner truth and outer life.

I’ve seen how difficult experiences can either harden us or deepen our relationship with ourselves. My own path led me inward: toward greater emotional awareness, discernment and inner transformation.

This perspective now shapes the spaces I create and the way I work with people, through reflection, embodied practice and the willingness to see beyond what is shown.

Translating Essence Into Form

Amritaé Design

Alongside my work in embodied awareness, design has remained another essential language in my life.

I have worked as a freelance designer since 2013, and in 2019 Amritaé Design emerged as a more intentional expression of that path, focused primarily on visual identity, logo design and creating aesthetic worlds that reflect depth, coherence and essence.

Where my personal work explores inner alignment and embodied presence, Amritaé Design translates those same values visually, through form, typography, atmosphere and perception.

These two paths are complementary, because one returns inward and the other gives that inner world a visible form.

Over the years, creating spaces also became part of my work and expression.

In the center of Tapovan, Rishikesh, my home is  designed with the same attention to atmosphere, simplicity and inner experience that I bring into the rest of my work.

Every object, texture and detail was chosen with care, with the intention of creating an environment that supports nourishment in the intense pace of Rishikesh.

India Journeys & Sacred Travel

Explore India through presence & lived experience

Over the years, I have also guided and organised group journeys through Northern India, creating immersive experiences centered around sacred places, yogic traditions and deeper cultural exploration.

These journeys were designed as meaningful encounters with India’s spiritual, philosophical and devotional landscapes.

I love holding space in this way, working with groups and creating environments that support traveling and reflection.

A dedicated page for future India journeys and retreats will be shared soon.

Devotional practices

Sound, mantra & inner listening

Alongside yoga and embodied work, devotional music and mantra became part of my life during my years in India through chanting and the study of harmonium.

I studied piano for eight years and sang in choirs from an early age, participating in concerts throughout my childhood. This musical foundation naturally became a bridge into the world of mantra and devotional practice.

After spending much of the past decade between Romania and India, immersed in yoga, self-inquiry, design and inner exploration, these practices opened another dimension of presence, emotional depth and inner listening within my path.

At times, elements of sound, mantra or meditative voice work may naturally become part of shared spaces, retreats, personal practice or one-to-one sessions.

Some years ago, together with Amit (Shivaratri Café), we created a collection of travel harmoniums for kirtan, yoga and self practice.
