1:1 Sessions

Guidance, embodied awareness & inner practice

I work intuitively and relationally, combining yogic tools, embodied awareness, emotional reflection and honest presence in ways that support deeper inner coherence.

Some people arrive here during periods of transition.

Others feel disconnected from themselves, emotionally overwhelmed, creatively blocked or simply longing for a more grounded and truthful relationship with life.

This work is to return to yourself more fully, through presence, awareness, discernment and embodied connection.

A space to grow through alignment.

Yoli Amritae Yoga Embodied Awareness Sessions

1:1 Guidance

Intuitive reflection & inner awareness

These sessions are centered around conversation, observation, emotional awareness and self-inquiry.

My approach is not clinical or therapeutic in the conventional sense, but shaped through years of embodied practice, introspection, yogic philosophy and lived experience.

Together, we may explore:

  • emotional patterns

  • relationships

  • self-abandonment

  • nervous system awareness

  • discernment

  • embodiment

  • inner conflict

  • transitions and change

  • truth beneath emotional confusion

  • reconnecting with your own inner voice

Some sessions can be reflective and conversational. Others can be more contemplative and intuitive.

The intention is to create space for deeper awareness, honesty and inner alignment.

Embodied Awareness

Yoga, pranayama & meditation

 My approach combines:

Alignment and structure | breath awareness | embodied movement | nervous system regulation | meditation | intuitive pacing | emotional presence | sensitivity to the body’s inner language

Sessions may include: yoga, pranayama, guided meditation, embodiment practices, nervous system support, intuitive movement and deep relaxation.

This is a space for slowing down, reconnecting with the body and learning to inhabit yourself more consciously.

My relationship with yoga began in Romania in 2007 and deepened through years of study and practice in India.

Since 2018, I have studied Iyengar Yoga through the Omkarananda tradition in Rishikesh, while also integrating a more intuitive and embodied approach shaped through personal experience and years of teaching.

In 2019, I completed two yoga teacher trainings: a Hatha Yoga training in Rishikesh, India, and a second 200-hour training through the Nalandau Ubud School for Higher Knowledge and Arts in Bali.

Devotional practices

Sound, mantra & inner listening

Alongside yoga and embodied work, devotional music and mantra became part of my life during my years in India through learning harmonium and sacred chanting.

These practices opened another layer of presence, emotional depth and inner listening within my path.

At times, elements of sound, mantra or meditative voice work may naturally become part of shared spaces, retreats or personal practice.

Some years ago, together with Amit (Shivaratri Café), we created a collection of travel harmoniums for kirtan, yoga and self practice.

"The soul becomes light and calm, and a tranquil smile stays with me long time after our yoga class. I would never have believed that this could happen, and especially that I can understand so well the explanation of all the movements in an online session. Thank you, Yoli"

Who this work resonates with

This space tends to resonate with people who feel deeply, think deeply and long for a more truthful relationship with themselves.

People who are sensitive to beauty, atmosphere, emotion, relationships and the subtle tension between what is true and what is performed.

Many who arrive here are not necessarily looking for quick solutions.

They are looking for: depth, coherence, emotional honesty, embodiment, inner alignment, meaningful transformation that can be lived, not only understood intellectually.
