1:1 Online Yoga & Self-Inquiry
Pranayama · Meditation · Movement · Embodiment · Asana · Self-Inquiry
A personalised space to explore your inner experience through yoga and self-inquiry.
If you disconnected from themselves, emotionally overwhelmed, creatively blocked or longing for a more grounded and truthful relationship with life, the 1:1 online yoga sessions are design to support you to return to yourself more fully.
A different kind of yoga session
Your practice may involve movement and asana. It may centre around pranayama or meditation. It may be a conversation that helps you notice something you have been moving through, followed by a practice that brings that understanding into the body.
My approach combines:
Alignment and structure · Breath awareness · Embodied movement · Nervous system regulation · Meditation
A class may include:
Pranayama
Working with the breath to support presence, vitality and inner balance.
Meditation
Cultivating attention and creating space to simply be with what is here.
Embodiment
Coming into closer contact with sensation, breath and the lived experience of the body.
Self-inquiry
Exploring thoughts, patterns, feelings and questions that are asking for your attention.
Conversation
Sometimes the practice begins by putting something into words.
Philosophy & Storytelling
Exploring the stories, ideas and wisdom of India that can help us understand ourselves and the world.
Asana & movement
Exploring the body through conscious movement and yoga postures.
These sessions support you to cultivate deeper intimacy with yourself, with your own heart.
What we can explore
Your relationship with yourself
Noticing patterns, inner reactions and the ways you move through your own experience.
The body as a place of knowing
Learning to listen to sensation, breath, movement and the signals that can easily be overlooked.
Emotional and relational experiences
Making space to explore what is happening within you without immediately needing to resolve it.
Presence and attention
Using meditation, pranayama and embodied practices to become more available to your actual experience.
Transitions and inner change
Periods when something in your life is shifting and you need space to listen before deciding what comes next.
Femininity, embodiment and desire
When relevant to the person and the work, we may also explore the relationship between the feminine, the body, desire and lived experience.
Each session is personal
No two sessions need to look the same.
One time you may need a physically embodied practice.
Another may to slow down and work with the breath.
Or coming with something you have been thinking about for weeks and need space to speak about it.
The practice adapts to you rather than asking you to fit into a predetermined class.
My journey with Yoga
My first introduction to yoga was in 2007, through a three-month Hatha Yoga course in Bucharest.
I remember being fascinated by the people around me who were in their eighties and could move into a forward fold that I, at twenty, could barely approach. More than their physical ability, I was struck by something else: their inner balance as they practised.
Everyone was silent and deeply interested in the teachings. I was introduced to asana in a respectful and dignifying way, and something in me wanted to continue.
In 2013, I began a more serious and committed spiritual practice of yoga, including asana, pranayama, meditation and theory.
Moving to India in 2016 opened a completely new chapter. Those years challenged me from many sides and perspectives. During this time, I also began studying psychology and human behaviour, something I now consider essential to the way I understand yogic practice.
From 2018 to 2024 I studied Iyengar Yoga at Omkarananda Institute in Rishikesh and attended philosophy classes there.
In March 2019, I completed my first Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. Later that year, I travelled to Bali for a Yoga Pranala Teacher Training that profoundly influenced the way I practise.
There I encountered a softer and more nourishing approach to yoga — one that brought together movement, breath, energy, meditation and self-healing.
Since 2019, I have taught individual online sessions, initially in Hatha Yoga and Yoga Pranala, with gentle yet challenging flows, integrated breath, heart-opening movement and self-healing practices.
My practice has continued to evolve since then.
Today, I am interested not only in the form of a posture but in what becomes possible when we bring awareness to the body, breath, mind and inner experience as a whole.

A blend of three traditions
Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Yoga Pranala
My way of teaching has been influenced by three important traditions: Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Yoga Pranala.
Each has taught me something different about the body and the practice, from the foundations of asana and breath to precision, alignment, fluid movement and inner awareness.
Hatha Yoga - The foundation
Hatha Yoga was my first doorway into a deeper relationship with yoga. It taught me to approach asana, pranayama and meditation as interconnected practices rather than separate techniques.
Iyengar Yoga - Alignment & awareness
My years of practicing Iyengar Yoga deepened my understanding of alignment, how a small adjustment in the body can change the quality of a posture and how paying attention to the physical details of practice can become a way of developing greater awareness
Yoga Pranala - Fluidity & embodiment
Yoga Pranala introduced me to a softer and more fluid way of moving through practice, combining flowing sequences, breath, mudra, relaxation and meditation.
It expanded my understanding of yoga beyond holding postures towards movement as something that can also be felt, sensed and experienced from within.
My own way of teaching
Alignment & Flow
Over time, these influences have naturally come together in my own practice.
A session can include asana, alignment work, flowing movement, pranayama, meditation or simply space to slow down and reconnect with what is happening within.
Sometimes the practice is more physical. Sometimes the body needs breath, stillness or gentle movement. Sometimes conversation and self-inquiry become part of the session.
The intention is not to fit you into a particular style of yoga, but to create a practice that is there for you as you need it in that moment, a support to return to your own essence.
Client experience
"I have been enjoying yoga classes with Yoli for over one year now and already i feel the benefits. I used to have severe back pain and being overweight i thought starting any sort of physical activity will only make it worse. My surprise was to see the transformation after only 3 classes i had more energy and i could stretch more and even had a better outlook of life after each session. I enjoy the fact that i can do the classes online from the privacy of my home and i also believe Yoli to be a patient and nurturing teacher. She has pushed me further then I initially believed possible and i am very grateful."
"The soul becomes light and calm, and a tranquil smile stays with me long time after our yoga class. I would never have believed that this could happen, and especially that I can understand so well the explanation of all the movements in an online session.
Thank you, Yoli"
"Every time we meet I feel so good and energised, you are like a balm for my body and soul! When we first met online, I was stiff and depressed, then slowly, slowly, through practice together, my breath got better, my mood improved and my body became so much more flexible. I impatiently wait for our meetings to see what is there new for me! I am sure that the asanas will help me become slimmer, the meditation will empower my mind and kick off the depression for good, plus breathing exercises will help me give up smoking! I am so grateful to you!"
"I had this thought that, I can't do this or that, but Yoli, with patience and kindness, taught me that everybody has their own needs of spiritual practice and every class can be molded for my emotional and physical reality. Step by step, growth happened. I started feeling more emotionally grounded, mentally and physically stronger."
